With each new edition of the Festival, volunteer opportunities, internships and temporary jobs are made available in various areas of activity such as Cultural and Event Management and Production, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, Education and Cultural Mediation, Legal, Finance, Logistics among many others.

Working at a festival like FAD is a unique experience. At FAD, contact with professionals from various sectors and from different places in Brazil and the world enriches the exchange of knowledge. Many professionals from 2007 until today, started their trajectories with us and we are very proud to have contributed to their learning. We have also learned from all the people who have worked with us in the past few years.
